So, I had the flu forever, and then the lymph nodes in my neck swelled up, like I described. They ended up not being a mass or anything bad, just an after affect of the flu, but I’ve been coughing my head off and I look ridiculous.

Either way, I think I’m going to continue trying to stream tonight, probably more Sonic.

I tried Twitch but I think I’m just going to stomach YouTube and go back to streaming for YTG.

Still unsure of what game to do next...

What a damn week.

I haven’t streamed or anything else for awhile because I managed to get the flu that’s been going around. I actually don’t know much of anyone that hasn’t caught it around here.

That took me out for almost an entire week, and then I woke up with ultra swollen lymph nodes in my neck. Had to see a doctor and get an ultrasound and all that fun stuff.

Hoping to get back to streaming once I don’t look like a bullfrog.

Moving away from Google/Youtube Gaming

If you didn't hear, Youtube changed their monetization requirements to something pretty much unobtainable for super small channels (like mine). I was starting to make good progress towards the old guidelines which required 10,000 lifetime views, and they pulled the rug out from under me.

I understand why they did it, and it's not like I'm here to make a few bucks from doing this, but it's still pretty discouraging. As a result, I'm going to move my game streaming over to Twitch once I'm done with Resident Evil 7.

I've never used much Google stuff to begin with, but ever since I got my iPhone I've gone back to Google search. It's been irritating me with all the redirects to Google apps, so I'm dumping them for DuckDuckGo. The dark theme is a big bonus of making the switch.

I'm not sure about Youtube itself. I'll probably still throw some videos on it when it makes sense, but I just don't see any of them getting views (plus my videos aren't exactly amazing anyways).
